Item Specifics Missing

Same thing is happening to me. I can't list right now because I can't put in item specifics. I hope it is fixed soon, I only have so many hours of the day I can work/list.

maybe Auctiva Craig is busy trying to fix the problem. Right...Auctiva Craig? Making changes to the Create an Ebay Listing template during the day is not feasible or appropriate. Again I'll ask, is there an ETA on a fix?

Yup. Incredibly frustrating.

It still isn't working. They replied to my support case stating the were having problems but are no longer having the issues. I replied saying I still am, I can't choose any size in item specifics besides "Enter Your Own" or "2XS". I'm beyond frustrated right now. I have like 100+ items I need to list tonight!

We did encounter some technical difficulties yesterday that caused some issues with item specifics for some categories, however our engineers resolved that issue. If you are still encountering difficulty with Custom Item Specifics in a listing and have logged out of your account, cleared your browser cache and then logged back in - please let us know the details of what you are currently experiencing in a support case - or continue with an existing support case, letting us know the title of an item where you are having difficulty and the category this is occurring in so we can look into it further.
