Why do I have to keep logging in? Can't the remember me at least last 24 hours. Seven days would be better. It is getting annoying.

yeah it does the same thing to me - even when I click "remember me". Ebay and this site does that and no other ones do it (maybe paypal). Very annoying. Among other things like the auctions not posting tonight!!!

It is totally annoying.
Geez, I was going to list stuff tonight but changed my mind. Sounds like it's a good thing I did. Sorry you guys are having all these problems. I'm glad I didn't even try.

Everyone,
This is the reply I received from Support:

"Recently for security reasons we've made security more strident. The 'Remember Me' function on the site will remember your username but will require sellers to enter their passwords after being timed or signed out.

This is expected behavior."

It should still be able to last 24 hours. Ebay lasts 24 hours.

I agree and would appreciate it if they would change the 'time out' on this.

It is really frustrating.

No I cannot sign in at all. Is anyone else having this problem?

the frustrating part is there's a checkbox that says "keep me logged in"...but after 10 seconds, you're logged out.
Oh, and now, of course the whole site just went down...server and all....not good.

It sucks having to log in several times a day. There doesn't seem any rational reason for us to "have to" do this!!!!!!!!!!

I had heard that Auctiva had heard enough complaints about signing in all the time, and this would be fixed. Somebody posted somewhere that Jeff made that statement? As usual, I'm continually signing in. It is a valid point that "Remember Me" is customary to last one day unless on a financial site. Has anybody heard an update?
