Hi friend,
When I tried to load my listings from File using the excel file downlod from the Acutiva, its only permit us to load only 1 image in the head. But I am selling Percious stones and Crystal Rocks, I need around 3-4 photos to show my products. Can I still use the file to upload? Or any other simple way to do it?

Regards
Holly

Hi Holly,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. In order to include more than one image in listings you will be uploading in bulk using our Upload from File tool, you will just need to enter the URLs of all the images you would like to add in the “PicURL” (or similar) column for each of your items - separating each with the | (pipe) character.

For example, if you were to enter “http://domain.com/image1|http://domain.com/image2|http://host.com/image3” in the “PicURL” field for a given item on your CSV file, the images hosted at those three URLs should appear in the Auctiva Image Selection section of the item once it has been imported to your Saved Listings page.

However, in order to make these additional images show up in the eBay Gallery section as well, as opposed to just being displayed within your description, you would then need to open each saved listing individually and check the “Enable Optional eBay Gallery Images” option.

I hope this helps.

-Mike
