Is anyone else having a problem with this? When I click on estimate fees to list a store item, it shows .55. It should be .03. If anyone is having a problem or knows how to fix it, I'd appreciate any help.

I filed a support case about this same thing a couple of days ago and was told they were aware of the issue and that it would be corrected. That's about all I know except that, no, you won't actually be charged the $.55. It should show up correctly on eBay as $.03. (Operative word: should)

Hi, we have the same problem. We called eBay twice (just in case someone was misinformed), and also spoke to Auctiva. All assured us that the charges would only be 3 cents, not 55 cents.

A very good thing, as this would have effectively put us out of business if it were 55 cents.

Gallery: $ 0
¹ Total: $ 0.55

I'm not doing an auction!! Why is it charging me .55 instead of .03 ?
