How can I stop my listing from relisting after the item was sold.

I made the mistake of checking the box that said to relist when sold. I am now selling tools that I don't have! Please tell me how to remove all my listings with this error on it.

Hi Don -

If you refer to this option on eBay when creating listings, this is not a feature we currently support, so you would need to make your adjustments on eBay with those listings.

If you refer to an Auto Relist profile from your Auctiva account, you can use the Stop Auto Relist button on the Active listings page of your account after selecting your listings to stop that profile.

If you refer to something else, I suggest that you file a support case from the Help tab of your Auctiva account so we can take a look at the listings in question to help with this.
