I'm afraid we are not able to see draft from them to check what's wrong and cannot check if you have a selling limit unless a draft is submitted. Here's what you can do for now:

Since we don't have the guidelines on how the Listing Practices team blocks the item, it would be best to have them check the entire content of the title and description since they would be best to point out the problem and help you on how to get it submitted.
