Has anyone experienced any issues listing with the best offer option due to a feedback error?
As we know you can use the best offer option with your fixed price and store listings when you have 10 feedback or 5 feedback and a paypal account.
I have more than 5 and a paypal account and can list fixed price with no issue but it wont allow me to use the best offer option due to feedback not being 10.
Has anyone any info that I'm missing?
