Been listing things all morning, using create similar listing. All of a sudden, when I pull one up, there is nothing in description area and no way to type there either. Try pulling up other saved listings, same thing, nothing in description box and not ready to type there either. Anyone know What's up?

I am having same problem. A listing that I just did the description for an hour ago, I now can't even see the description to add info I wanted to add to it. What gives? I filed a support case, but no response. I looked at several others and I cannot see or edit descriptions.

This has happened to me a few times. I found that if I close that browser and open a new one and log in to Auctiva again, it works fine.

Are you using Firefox or IE? I've noticed for me the description area was very slow to load in IE, and it would sometimes "time out".

okay now it isn't coming up in FF either. I spent 20 min writing something up, go to upload my shipping profile and :: poof :: my whole description is gone. beyond frustrating.
