You should read instructions about creating account. Then you can sign up.

Unfortunately, there is no way to have a profile made from an active listing on eBay unless there is a saved version of the listing in your account. For active listings you created on eBay, once they close, you can import them from the Closed Listings page of your account into your Saved Listings and once there, you can use the "Create Profiles" button from near the top of the Saved Listings page to use one of your saved listings as a basis for new profiles.
