What is the easiest way to send a Store Item to Auction? I'd like to Schedule it to post with other items scheduled for posting tonight. It is a Store item that has the re-list feature activated. Better to do through auctiva or ebay itself?
The easiest way to send a store item to auction, assuming the store item was originally created through Auctiva, would be to locate that store item on your Auctiva Saved Listings page, change the sale type to "auction" and post it as normal. If you did not create the original store item through Auctiva and therefore do not have a saved listing associated with it, it may be easiest to do this directly through eBay.

This doesn't end the store listing in ebay, so you could have duplicate listings active (one auction, one store) for the same thing. That is something to watch out for.
I'm new to Auctiva, so my listing was imported from ebay. I want to keep the item in my ebay store and set up a new auction of the same item. The item is not showing up on my Auctiva Saved Listings Page currently. If I end the item through ebay, will it show up on my Auctiva Saved Listing Page? Then I can put 1 back in my ebay store and 1 on as a ebay auction item?
If you end the item, it will show on the Auctiva Closed Listings page (NOT saved). That page has a nifty button to IMPORT the listing from eBay. When that's done, it's stored in the Imported Listings folder accessible for edit on the Closed Listings page. The Import isn't always instant, but does the job.
Hope that helps.
