I listed a bunch of stuff this morning and a number of listings ended today.

The number of active listings changed by the listings that ended, but did not increase with the new listings. The new listings were not done on Auctiva.

Where do I find the new listings and the unsold listings in Auctiva as none of the newly listed or ended can be found?

Hello dutchman48,

Your new listings created on eBay will show on the Active Listings page of your Auctiva account once they have imported from eBay. Please be aware that we receive notifications from eBay regarding these listings and import them accordingly once the notification has been received. We also have a service which runs to pick up this information should there be any difficulty with the notifications, so listings typically import fairly rapidly, but can take up to 6 hours to show in your Auctiva account.

As for items that have closed, you will find the record for these on your Closed Listings page in Auctiva and you can filter the Closed Listings page to show you just the unsold items if you wish.

If you are encountering any difficulty with either type of listing importing into your Auctiva account, please feel free to file a support case letting us know the details of what you are experiencing so we can take a look into it for you. You can file a support case at any time from under the Help tab of the site and we have representatives responding to support cases 24x7.

Hello again,

When an item sells on eBay, we receive notifications from eBay regarding the transaction and the item, so this can vary depending on the load on either our end or eBay's end, but items which have closed on eBay typically import fairly quickly. There are occasions where they may take up to about 6 hours, so if you are seeing items end on eBay and they are not showing up on your Closed Listings page in that time, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of the site so we can have a look into what may be occurring.
