My auctivia listings are not showing up in my ebay shop categories, when i go to post listing in Auctivia, it says category 1 is invalid and wont post the auction to ebay

I've selected Ebay shop in the Auctivia listings, this is really stressing me out, can someone please help me, thank you

You need to SYNC your eBay Store categories with Auctiva. Go to eBay settings at the Auctiva MY ACCOUNT tab. There is an "Update Store Categories From eBay" feature there.

If you have Combined Shippping, Insurance, or Promotion rules, you also SYNC those on the same page.
