There is no excusable reason for ignoring this problem. Free or not, you are now costing me a LOT of time and money.

I agree. The "But Auctiva is free!" argument doesn't make sense. So what you're saying is it's free, therefore it should suck?

No, it shouldn't. And it usually doesn't.

I like Auctiva, and I think it's a great service, but this is a huge oversight. I cannot believe that the regular Ebay side only took ONE day to update, but the Ebay motors side cannot be handled in 2 weeks!

At least let us know that it's being worked on. Something. Explain to us that "Ebay motors is much harder to fix, and we're currently working on it". I'd understand. But to completely ignore it says to me that Auctiva doesn't want Ebay motors' business.

Maybe it takes longer to put it in place because it only works in Parts and Accessories in Ebay Motors?
