This is my 1st time using Auctiva and I must say, it hasn't been positive. Every time I try to list something, either the template stage stalls and the Internet Explorer problem window comes up, or the Choose Category stage stalls and the same thing happens. A different stage of the listing process is always stalling. I have had them all working at one point or another but never all together. What can I do to help things? I've already deleted temp. files and cookies twice! HELP!

Hi, times when this happens to me :-

1) When I use my slow PC
2) My broadband speed is low
3) When Auctiva is performing maintenance and some servers are down (depends on your time zone). Here in the UK usually Friday morning up to midday.
4) Sunday afternoon until Monday morning when eBay is very busy selling things, can affect access to Auctiva.
5) Too much filtering by anti-virus software and firewalls.

Do any of those apply to you ?

Thank you so much for responding! Well, it is Sunday afternoon here... And I do have a lot of anti-virus software installed. I suppose I could just try again tomorrow morning. At least you've given me hope. I can see the potential of Auctiva and it makes my mouth water..

Ok Im sorry Im lost I was reading this and wanted to reply took me to registration then I posted my reply here I thought but thanks to ChooChooGuy I know it posted in wrong thread so I will try again

Im new at this to and am excited but I also for the past 4 days have also gotten the timed out page .I havent been able to get my first listing out. It doesnt matter time of day or anything. I get one section to work but then another times out. Some one Please Help. I checked all things ChooChooGuy suggested still times out. Thanks

I also had trouble yesterday with load times while trying to add listings. Today it seems fine. First time in a few months I experienced it. I checked my eBay listings, and they had no delays, luckily. Other sites loaded normally, so I think it was Auctiva.

Hi GrandmaRandall, perhaps you could give us some idea of your PC speed, Windows version, browser name and version and the country you are in.

Some more information would help others to help you as there are so many permutations and combinations of PC's and software out there
