Has anyone had any issues with listing through Auctiva today? The reason I ask is because when I went to list one of my items, I clicked the 'check error' button like I always do and it said my return policy exceeded the character limit. Which dumbfounds me because it accepted it yesterday as well as all throughout the year. I then pasted my return policy into a Microsoft Word Document to do a word/space count. With spaces included, it only had 481 characters. I revised it a little more then clicked the error check button again and now it's telling me I have no description and I do. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee someone help me. This is only costing me $$$ as I can't list anything like this with this going on. That's why I was wondering if the site is having it's own issues I don't know about. Thanks!
