Hello, I'm a new member at auctiva (joined in just 3 days ago) and I apologize if this message is not posted to the correct forum. I am an active member of ebay for more than 7 years and I list an average of 75-100 items per week. So far I was using their Seller Assistant Pro but since they forced me to transit to Blackthorne Pro, my life became so difficult with the program not working most of the time and I decided to look for alternatives.
So, here I am and all the above was said to help you understand the importance of my problem: My listings do not show up.
I've gone through the posts here and I realize other members have (had) the same problem. I understand I have to wait for some time, it is said that 24 hours should be enough and I agree with this but it's now 60 (!) hours since I joined in and, still, only 25 out of 75 active items show up. As for the ended ones, the number is too small.
The questions are:
1)How long do I have to wait for the current listings?
2) Will the ended listings ever show and how back will they go (one month, two momths,...)?
3) How long a listing created with auctiva is kept in the inventory? Is the period extended to more than 2 months?
Are the items showing up in your MyEbay, but not in general searches?
If they're not showing up in MyEbay, then they did not get posted to eBay. If you log into Auctiva, and check the top of the page. You will see a little box at the top right that says "Events" with three numbers in it (green, orange, and red). Does the red number say anything other than zero? If so, click on that number, and you should see a list of listing errors that have occurred, and date and time they occurred.
thanks for your post. Perhaps I was not clear with my problem: None of the non-shown listings was created by auctiva. They were all made with ebay's software and - if I understood well - they should have been IMPORTED from Ebay. They all show up in MyEbay and all other searches but NOT in "My Showcase" of Auctiva.
In that case, it's really probably best to file a support case with Auctiva, and they should be able to get the rest of your listings imported. Click the "Help" link at the top of the page, then scroll down to the link to "File a support request".
