I am having trouble with Auctiva. In my detail profile, I select an image for the gallery. Once i save the profile and go back to edit it, the gallery picture is unselected and there is no picture there. Therefore, when i post to eBay, there is always an error message that in my marketing profile, i have gallery image checked off, but in my detail profile, there is no gallery image selected. If you have any solution to this problem, ur help is greatly appreciated. i did start a support case with Auctiva, but they take days to respond and i need this problem over with ASAP.

Hi - Once you select your gallery image on your listing page, and it displays in the box, then if you save the listing at that point, it should still be displayed in the selection box when you reopen the listing. Are you saying it is no longer there after saving? It sounds like you are.
The only thing I can think of to check would be to make sure you have selected "Image Hosting: Auctiva" at the bottom of the Image Selection area. This assumes your pics are saved on Auctiva of course. If this long shot fix doesn't work I would file a support request.
When you go back in to edit after saving, you aren't reselecting a profile are you? If so the blank profile would wipe out the previously saved. When choosing the gallery image, be sure to "set it" by clicking your mouse button. I've used my arrow down button after choosing gallery and not setting it and it messed up my gallery selection. When you preview your listing, does your gallery selection show up?
