Yeah, I'm getting the same error. I reported to Customer Service, and they have reported the error to Engineering dept. No time frame for fix. Auctiva has to fix something in their system associated w/ Item Condition, I noticed on the eBay app I couldn't relist something unless I noted "New" or "Used" in one of the categories. This was something I never had to do before, which means eBay made a change and Auctiva needs to make adjustments to it...
