You are not doing anything wrong, there is a problem in the system. I am having the same problem, either saving or scheduling it come with a error message. Please file a support message, so that they know it is not just me having the problem. I am still waiting for an answer.
I'm having the same issue. I just wrote support and they gave the following response...
Hello.
I'm sincerely sorry you are having this experience; however, I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our engineering department is currently investigating this issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, this may be an intermittent problem. In which case trying your save again could remedy this issue. We will let you know just as soon as we get any further information.
I have the same issue, it started for me last night around 6 pm EST; then it would schedule for a little while; then this am, I am not able to schedule, save, etc. at all. I filed the case report also, and have received the same reply.
It seems alot of people are having problems posting through this site, not just me. I strongly suspect their servers are maxed out. I could never figure out how you can run an efficient site just collecting shipping insurance when it's only set up for the U.S.???
Well I just tried to list something using the scheduling thing and it still doesn't work?? It is not comming up with an error message this time but it didn't list either??
This is getting frustrating as I had a plie of things scheduled to start last Sunday and now I have NOTHING for sale this week as none of them worked...
ATTENTION AUCTIVA!!! The problem with the bulk scheduling system is that when you go to schedule the items it erases all of the check marks in the international shipping section and therefore gives you an error that something is missing. Then you have to go into each auction and edit the information back in before it will work. Not a big deal when you have a couple listings, but it is a HUGE deal when you are trying to post hundreds like I am!!!
PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE AND LET US KNOW THE PROGRESS!
Sorry about the confusion...based on the timing of the last couple posts to this thread, I believed customers were using this particular thread to report that the site was inaccessible, which was the case for about 20 minutes today.
If you have not already done so, for further assistance with the problem you are reporting, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:
