Scroll Bars do not work on Chrome

What I did learn today about this issue on Chrome is it is a Bug on Chrome.

Chrome Version: 32.0.1700.76 m
After I went to the Chrome Forums I learned I am not alone.
But Until it is "fixed" you can use the wheel on your mouse and it moves the scroll bar.

Just a little info to pass along.

What a mess!
