Hi,
I have auto feedback enabled but it doesn't seem to be working properly. It has left some feedback but I have a load of sales that have not had any feedback left even though positive has been received.

Also, when checking through the sales list to see what sales needed to be dealt with I noticed quite a few were reporting that feedback had not been received when in fact it had.

Is there a way to update what has and has not been left?
