I signed up for this thinking it would be a good tool but I dont have the time to mess around and learn how to use it. I thought it would be more user friendly, I don't think my boss would enjoy me trying to learn something from scratch when I need my time to be doing other things.

Anyways, when I signed up for this tool all my listings in my eBay store somehow got transferred over, I tried to cancel my account but it wont let me transfer the stuff back to my store on ebay. The items are still listed in my inventory but they don't show up in my store.

Is this something I can change in settings or is this something I have to change here on auctiva's website. Or maybe even something on my ebay settings?

Id appreciate any help I can get with this, I didn't know this was going to make my items on my eBay store unavailable.
