I keep getting the folowing notice in events:
API Warning
Specifying return policy details in AttributeSets has been deprecated. Please use the new ReturnPolicy element instead.

I'm typing in the information in the only return policy area I see. Am I missing something?

I just got this same thing, too!

What the??

WHERE do I do this? I mean, the item still got listed anyway, and there IS a return policy on the eBay item page so what is the problem already?

Yet another new Auctiva glitch?

I don't know what it means but I'm gonna be pretty darn upset if my 12 scheduled listings don't make it to eBay tonight!

I sent off an email to support. I hope I get an answer as to why this is happening!

If you hear from them let us know. I've emailed them about too many things this week already...

Thanks.

Hi,

I've got the same thing, so would also be interested hearing what the reply from support has to say. My listings posted fine to eBay too, with the return policy (new) right there, so I'm not sure what the problem is. They also show on my Event page in my account as successfully listing - right above this API error message. Wink

Let us know what you find out please.

I just woke to 13 of these messages in my events this a.m. but everything made it to auction OK and still looks fine on eBay, including my refund policy. I really wish I knew what was going on. Seems like each day there's a new problem on Auctiva -- always something I have to tackle that eats up my listing time...

Please forgive a stupid question, but where do I edit my return policy? I remember setting one up, but I don't know if it was here or at eBay. Now I want to change it and can't figure out how!

Not sure of Auctiva but on eBay, go into your Myebay, manage my store, then custom pages. That's where mine is at least. I edited it a bit last night. Yours could be different or on another 3rd party software site?

In Auctiva, the link is in the Checkout section. I filled it in on my default template so I don't have to do it each time.

Why dose ebay have 5000 charters allowed in additional return info and Auctiva only has 500. I keep getting an error message.

So if I have a return policy set up in eBay do I also have to create on in Auctiva? Does anyone know?
