OK, I listed something twice (tried for my relist credit) but it didn't sell. Now I want to list it a 3rd time but I must do it as a New List so as to qualify for a relist if it doesn't sell again. I believe on Ebay I would just click "Sell Similar", but how do you do this on Auctiva? My info is saved. Do I have to manually cut & paste all the info into a new listing?? What a pain... I'd appreciate anyones help please.
Hi Queenie - If your listing is saved on Auctiva you can just post it as a new listing from Auctiva. Just click "post now" or "reschedule" from the saved listings page. If you need to make changes, open the listing, make your changes, then save, then post.
Thank you so much for replying. So really? I just want to repeat it so I'm clear. just click POST NOW in Saved Listings and I'll get a brand new listing number and if it doesn't sell I can relist it for a credit if it sells?
Correcto Mundo. Brand new and credit eligible (insertion fee only). "post now" will post immediately, "reschedule" allows you to schedule at a particular time. Remember, there may be the "normal" time delay of several hours before the listing appears in ebay's search results, but then that's another topic.
