i made an error in a listing. i want to end it and if i cancel the listing, it just auto relists. how do i disable the auto relist on an already listed item?

Hi Jill,

Try the Auctiva Active Listings page, select the problem listing, and use Stop Auto-Relist button.

Then Cancel the active listing.

Ooops I thought I read far enough back to find the answer before I posted. This may be the answer to my question I posted earlier. I didn't think to change it in the current listings....It just kept relisting!!!
