I really like the Aurora theme but have found that the add to cart and checkout buttons are so light in color they disappear into the background (especially the checkout button on the shopping cart page) Is there any way they can be darkened a bit? (still matching the theme).

Thanks for your help!!

I tried checking out your site to see the darker buttons but am unable to under papasrecords@comcast.net. Is that your store url?

How did your add to cart and checkout buttons turn darker?

Thanks!!

carina-mia, papasrecords website is http://papasrcordsandcds.auctivacommerce.com/ and his theme has a black Add to cart button but is not the Aurora. I have the Aurora and have the same problem as you. But, in view of the myriad other problems, this is nothing I worry about at the moment. A darker blue would go well with the rest of the theme but don't expect any reply other than "we have forwarded your request to the developers for a future upgrade but we can not give you an ETA".

As long as your query is not about USPS, Google feeds, Authorize.net or something similar, it goes straight to the waste bin developers.

I forgot to mention: the reply to your request will be preceded by "We are sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue".

Geesh George, have you had that many support tickets in that you know what they are going to say before they say it?? I'm kidding... I've had my share and more of the same form letter. I don't think they even read them anymore... lol

Sunney, I don't know how you can laugh about this. I could cry. I left my store alone for a little while because I was on the verge of a nevous breakdown. I am back working on it again and am discovering so many new problems each time that I do the recommended updates that it is getting beyond a joke.
I would sit down and list them all and send them to AC but I know it will be a complete waste of time.
Keep smiling,

Best wishes,
Lesley

Thanks George - I know exactly what you are talking about!! It is a real shame isn't it.

What this site really needs a live customer service department. I think it would make everybody here feel alot better.

Oh well - guess we have to stay with the 1970's
way.

Given the theme problems some have encountered, I wonder if they will have give us the option of commissioning a theme from them? I would be very interested in this....

Also, I completely agree with Carina... If they were to have a live chat function, like they just added on the regular Auctiva site, that would be just wonderful. Hopefully this is something they are working on.
