| All - I've received a bit more information about this issue. Our main database server had a problem and gradually became unresponsive. Once we were sure it was a database issue we failed over to our backup database server at which point access was restored. Our IT staff is researching the reason behind the database failure and steps that can be taken to avoid this type of thing going forward. Thx, Chris |
