I think that the recent fixes are meant to ensure that Paypal is given the correct shipping address? I've just mailed a packet to a destination in the UK but bought by a customer in the US. The shipping address was set to the UK destination in the order. Shouldn't Paypal have shown the UK and not the US address?
That was my understanding. However, a customer can change the destination in Paypal once they get there. To truly know if it is doing what it is supposed to be doing we are going to have to test it out.

yes and so far, different billing+shipping in the UK seems to be OK for me but the much rarer billing+shipping in different countries appears to be broken since the billing address seems to have been sent across.
You will need to refund my order. The only way to test to see what is going on was to actually place an order.
I believe that the Paypal interface is part of the problem. I used 1 address for my billing address, a UK address for the shipping address (yours ), and then I went to paypal. Paypal did not give me the option of any other country than the US and on the paypal side you have to select a shipping address. Paypal will not let me, either during checkout or by logging in directly and adding a gift address, set up a gift or alternative address that is outside the US.
I believe that this is what is causing the hiccup.
Check the addresses that you see in AucCom and see which one is the shipping address.

Since Paypal will NOT let me add an overseas address I believe it is a Paypal issue rather than an AucCom issue. AucCom obviously can't create for Paypal what isn't there.
But it is an issue that we as store owners should be aware of so that we ship correctly. And we can obviously ask AucCom to push paypal for this, but how and if Paypal will make that change - who knows...

Did you process the refund through paypal or through the store? I am not seeing it in either paypal or any notification. It may just take more time on an international transaction. Just keep an eye on it for me in case I forget please.

Sorry - just cancelled forgetting that it doesn't refund (or offer to). Went to do a refund via the store to find that the bug that I reported some months ago is still there: I don't think refunds for stores or payments not exclusively USD work. I can't refund through the store to you as I am set to UK £ - and you are USD, but the issue is not that we are different but that I am not USD. Thought this would have been fixed by now - certainly Support confirmed the bug some months ago.
