I noticed with the last customer sold. A phone in order. I put his order in for him, add product to cart, used coupon for discount, checked shipping charges, checked payment method as PO#mail check/CC phone in order, and typed in all customer data everything worked very smooth. I took the customers Credit Card over the phone, processed it other than through Paypal,(dashboard) marked his invoice as payment received. Here's what I noticed doing a start to finish sell as if I was the customer. The invoice on the screen showed perfect with correct item, correct price, correct discount, correct shipping charges and correct total, but only on the screen. Once the invoice is marked paid, it's triggered to send confirmation of sell and paid invoice (worked great). Only problem is the coupon discounts do not show on the emailed notice making the sell price w/shipping and the total charged price not adding correct. This makes the customer call to confirm what was the final charge made to his credit card. Why can't the figures that show correct on the invoice PC screen be the same as what's emailed to customer.
It's still very early RV, only 3 months since I first reported it. My posts on this issue have not yet exceeded 100. I hope that the 100th post and support ticket will trigger a fix. In the meantime, the issue has probably been forwarded to the developers as a "required feature" to be included in a future upgrade. Just be patient!
George (and now RV) I wish I could fix this for you. I can see how frustrating it is!
Jeff - Could you buy the guys in quality control a few calculators please or at least make sure they know how to use Excel? (sorry - SLIGHT frustration occassionally popping out!)

I guess I'll set and wait. I do not like for a customer to purchase from me to see on the PC screen prices and totals, but gets an email with the prices and discount coupons different from what he veiwed an OK'd to pay. I'm glad at least the bottom line final charge total is correct.
How hard could this be to have it add and subtract showing the correct figures. They must have been part time car salesmens, since all their figures never add up as shown either.
