As of sometime in the last 24 hours the USPS First Class shipping option is no longer showing up at checkout in my store! Anyone else having this problem?

A heads up for you all (in case you didn't already know this) - I just figured it out - I had the method set at First Class Package and it now needs to be First Class Parcel. That change was probably posted in one of the notifications I received and I just missed it.
As part of their rate update yesterday USPS changed First Class Package to First Class Parcel. At the moment both options are available in Auctiva Commerce - we'll be removing First Class Package soon. If you want to offer this service select First Class Parcel.

Any luck with the International issue. My customers are only getting the "Express International" option. I looked through the choices, but didn't see any "parcel" options.
I just realized this was a problem... how incredibly stupid that we have to go in and manually make these changes... this SHOULD have been something that was automatically updated... GRR!!!
I'm coming back and posting about this again... it honestly bothers me that much.
AC: You obviously knew this was a problem. Chris posted about it above... so I'm assuming you guys knew soon after the issue cropped up... If you weren't going to fix it, why didn't you email us and tell us that you completely dropped our first class option? This has been messed up for this long and we weren't even notified?! For the life of me I don't understand why simple COMMUNICATION is so hard.... We wouldn't mind the problems nearly as much if you actually told us about the problem instead of just leaving it for us to figure out on our own, and create whatever mess in the mean time.
SHAME ON YOU AC! Have a little respect for the folks that give you their hard earned money through these hard times... we have stuck with you through the various DISASTERS... and still don't deserve a simple notification when something is messed up? Get it together!!!!!!!!
I sincerely apologize for any problems this may have caused you. I've looked into this and I had scheduled a dashboard message for this issue back in January but unfortunately due to a technical issue it was not presented to all of our users. I'm going to repost the message to the dashboard this afternoon to alert all users.
