Auctiva - Powerful solutions for eBay Sellers

I have been having a problem where the Beta Custom Store Theme Designer won't let me Publish my custom design. I get the following message when I try to Publish : "Your current live theme is a Classic theme and cannot be managed on this page. Select Store > Theme > Classic Theme Options in the menu to manage your current theme."

But it shows up fine in preview which you'll see here :

But, even when I try to edit anything in the BASIC theme designer, it wont let me. SO here's what my page looks like :

I use Safari on a Mac. Anyone find a solution to this??
