I am trying to put orphaned items back into the right categories and my "Collectible" category is missing. When I try to re-add it to my tree it says that it is already there and it is not. So my orphan items will remain orphaned until I figure this one out..
Well, this is one time that clearing your cache, etc. may help. I had a problem with some HTML code sticking today until I cleared my cache, closed the browser & reopened. Just a thought.
I know different people are having issues with categories. Please make sure that you submit a support ticket. This is one of those problems they need to sort out quickly. The more info they can gather on who is effected and how they are effected the better they will be able to track down the problem, find a fix, get the fix through quality control and release it.
