Auctiva - Powerful solutions for eBay Sellers

I have been manually coping and pasting customer information with ordered products and it is becoming too cumbersome and is taking too much time. Has anyone figured out a way to do this as a downloadable text file?

Log into your commerce account
click on marketing
click on feeds
click on thefind feed
click on advanced tab
uncheck the compressed tab.
download file.

@thehawgpit, that will only give you product information, not customer information as TW requested.

That said, I don't think there is a way to manually download the customer information like that.

Don't think you are able to download customers emails.

Thanks for the input. I didn't see anyway to do this easily either.
