I have just closed both my account and my husband's. I have spent more time than I could really spare reading the boards and trying to get the stores going and profitable. Everyone who has us on your list of stores or mall settings, please remove Hazel's Hodge Podge and Mr. Bandman Music from your listings. I want to thank each and every one who helped me along the way. Michelle you have been fabulous. And so many others on the boards have done everything they could above and beyond the call of duty trying to make this work for all of us. I do appreciate it all. And also Jeff and others from Auctiva Comm. who have shown personal attention at times. Somewhere down the line, I am sure Auctiva Commerce will be all it has promised, but I can't afford to wait for that day to come. Hi Hazel. I know how you feel, I also closed my store looking4books. There were just to many problems with the system, auctiva just cant keep exstending every month for free just to sort there problems out, store owners just want to start selling there products. Please could you also remove my store looking4books from the Mall.

You don't need to request your items be removed, it happens automatically when you close your stores.

A lot of sales are being done every day and it's growing a lot month over month. Around 100% a month growth or so and I think we'll see bigger growth than that over the next 6 months.
That is not to say there are not problems, there are some.
We aren't miracle workers here. If you want sales you'll have to do some of the work of getting buyers. Sellers that are doing that are making sales and reaping the benefits. It's a bit of a crutch to blame a total lack of sales on the site right now.
As time passes we'll be adding more things to help bring buyers as well, but we're not there yet, we're getting close. The new search page today is a step towards that, along with our affiliate program we'll be launching in the next couple months and other things. Check back then and hopefully we can better meet your needs for sales and have solved the issues with bugs or whatever it was that impeded your ability to sell now.This message has been edited. Was pretty sure we would be automatically dropped on THE MALL affliated with Auctiva Commerce, but was referring to those listings and sites done by individual store owners, some of which we requested to be on. Of course, if we continue to be listed on these I know the links are dead anyway. Hazel
