New Problem with my Store Catagories

I opened a support ticket last night for the issue of my catagories being all jumbled out of order. Just now I went to add inventory and it is only showing my Arizona in the catagory column. What happened to all of my other catagories????

Do the support people work on the weekends?

I went to your store I can see all your catagories. Checked out three states. Does that help?

Hi, Thanks for checking my store. My problem is I want to add a bunch of new postcards to my inventory and the only catagory that is showing up on the Add/Manage Inventory is Arizona. I need New York and California but can not find them....

There have been other cases reported on this. No the regular support team does not work on weekends. I believe the sub it out to people overseas on the weekend. I don't know what the problem is that is causing certain people to have this problem while others don't. But there is no solution that we can give for this problem at this time (at least on the forum boards.) Mainly because we don't know why it is happening.

A support ticket is the best route to go.
