Can Ebay block Auctiva listings?

I have been really happy using Auctiva to list on ebay as it has saved me loads of time and money and have always maintained I would be happy to pay for it if needs be.
It seems to me that the idea behind Auctiva Commerce Storefronts is great as for most of us just opening our own site is a dead end as we don't know how to get the traffic.
My intention would be to carry on with ebay and have an Auctiva site to increase business not dump ebay (at least not intially). My concern is that Ebay may be spiteful and block the current listing service that Auctiva provides. Can Ebay do this and if so is Auctiva preparing to let that side go?
Can Auctiva give us any assurances that their free listing service will not be sacrificed in order to develop Auctiva Commerce Storefronts?

That's exactly my question, too. I enjoy using the free Auctiva templates. Wouldn't it be a conflict of interest for eBay to allow listing templates offered by what will soon be a competing company, since Auctiva is right now soliciting eBay sellers to come away from eBay and sell on Auctiva? The current Auctiva "storefronts" are interfaced with eBay listings, this new Auctiva Commerce is a totally separate entity for selling.

I think Auctiva is going to get sued for offering free services to eBay sellers and then using that information to solicit their business away from eBay. I'll wait until all dust settles before I sign up.

Don't get me wrong - if it's cheaper to sell on Auctiva, and if they can provide the same daily traffic, I'm all about leaving Feebay. But it will take awhile to generate that kind of traffic. eBay's a household name now, even among non-computer users, but that took a long time for them to build.

Auctiva's trying to cash in on it, and I can see the headlines already. Breach of trust, maybe? eBay allows Auctiva to offer their sellers free templates to help with auctions and sales, and this is what Auctiva does? Is eBay aware of what Auctiva's doing behind their back?

If they move forward with this, I don't see us being able to use anything related to Auctiva on eBay.

Has anyone tried selling on OLA.com? OnlineAuction? They say they're the next most popular. I've signed up, but haven't tried yet.

This will not be an issue. There's no way we would put our relationship with eBay in jeopardy. We have discussed this with them at the highest levels and they understand it is a natural step in our evolution. We are probably the only listing service out there who still hasn't opened their platform up to other channels.

I tried ola.com for a month and sold nothing. It only cost me $8, so no big deal, but I wouldn't recommend it.
