I brought up my shipping profile, I needed to add a line about PP confirmed addresses only, after I click to edit I get this:

Mike, how do I set up a support ticket? I want to be able to edit the shipping info, I have alot of things to list, please help, thanks

I am not sure why you got the error code, but to file a support ticket .. go to the help section above, then scroll to the bottom. You will see the link to file a case with support.
