How does one contact customer service? I do not see any contact information from the main screen. I would like to know what the fees are for having a store at Auctive. Are we only billed if something sells for shipping. Would someone be able to tell me how this process works for it would be very much appreciated.

You will only pay if your customers (or you) buy Auctiva insurance for a shipment.

There is no charge for an Auctiva Store. You get it by default.
