Hello, Just wrote out the ads for my first listings with Auctiva and ran into a few glitches - probably my computer rather than your program. All the popup boxes such as "select image" and "template" show up on the bottom right of my screen and I cannot move them to access the images or the template selection. On the image situation, I chose the "upload" choice and uploaded from my computer rather that the Auctiva folder that I had previously uploaded the images to....error message accompanied this "Validation script is missing" - will this cause me problems with images. How do I fully access these windows? I am also having a problem typing in the description - half the time I get the message "Description is invalid". The same thing is happening when I attempt to make a profile. To solve this one, will I be able to copy my description from a saved ad then change the text? Once I have a listing that works, will I be able to use the description in creating a profile.....My ads should be listing now (fingers crossed) so I will be off and check back later for any helpful suggestions, Thanks, me

Hello, me again -HELP!...just checked eBay to find out if they loaded - NOT! One did and since it was one of two that were exactly the same, I just hit Sell similar item on the listing....The others are showing "Description invalid" I am lost, can anyone at tech support check out these listings and let me know what I am doing wrong. It is too late now for them to list today but I would like to list them tomorrow

Ruff - have you filed a support ticket? The techs aren't always here checking posts. If you haven't go to the help page and scroll down to the bottom, you will see the link to open a ticket.

I can't help you as I have no clue what you are experiencing. I do know others can get a better idea if they knew which OS and browser you have and also which uploader you used to upload the pictures.
