Hi folks, need some help if possible. I was an Auctiva classic customer, no longer am, but do love the scrolling store window. I tried to get it, but no matter how many times I try to generate the token, it will not let me, it says someone with the same username already has it, which is probably from my old account. However, my auctiva account says I have no token. On top of that, I had to change my Ebay password recently Is there a way I can fix all this so I can get the auctiva store window again? Please let me know!

Just a thought. Would it help if a person were to go into eBay and revoke their current token(s)? I can't remember the page, probably "My EBay > preferences" maybe?
