Ebay store is free for 30 days but that is not enough time to prepare all my listings.
So is it possible to create them all on Auctiva
and then submit all to Ebay store?
Does submitting multiple listings to ebay store work without problems? (placing listings to particular store sections/categories)

thanks

The only hitch I can see is that you will have to go back into your listings after you have set up the store categories on ebay, import your store categories into Auctiva, then in each listing put them in the right category.

Because your store categories can't be used in Auctiva until they are set up on ebay, and they can't be set up on ebay until you set up a store.

after reading what rubberduck said, I am still confused on this so guess that puts me behind everyone else here. Confused
So to go into my listing to import categories, do
I do that through the active listing?? That takes me to eBay when I tried.
Is that where I can import into Auctiva??
This old brain is having a time with this, I will tell you Confused

Thanks if anyone can help me with this.

If you have a listing that is live on ebay, you really can't do too much with it in Auctiva.

What I meant is that you can set up and save a bunch of auctions in Auctiva, but you will not be able to assign the ebay store category to each of the auctions while you are setting them up UNLESS you have already set up your ebay store first.

Once the ebay store categories are set up (or any time you change them), you have to go in Auctiva under My Account, Ebay Settings and choose Update Store Categories From Ebay so that you have the store categories to pick from to put in your auction.

IF you do that first before creating your listings, then you can just put them in the right store category as you create them.

If you cannot (like if you are creating listings before you set up an ebay store), you would have to go in and modify each listing on Auctiva after you have set up the store but before you posted them to ebay.

If you don't do it before you post them to ebay, you would have to go into each auction live on ebay and revise them to put them in the store.

I hope that helps clarify things.

Thanks so much, so simple when you explain it.
DUH Cool
You are a live saver, I looked every where but there.

Been forever since I set this up, and not with this great host, so I was lost when I decided to re open my store.
Sure Appreciate the info.
