HEY ALL!
I hoping someone can help with sytore window problems???

My store window is saying that no items are available, but I have 190 for sale and 15 are definately set to be displayed in the store window?

I have even updated the text to be displayed when I have no items as 'see more in my items' (as this keeps on happening and it cost me money and bids each time ) but this dosent work either?

Also, I have customised the design of the store window but it still looks nothing like its design on the 'edit store window'? page??

Am I doing something wrong?
Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt?
Do I need to update the token or something?

Or DO these problems occur regulary?

Does anyone know if/how I can sort these problems out myself?

I have contacted auctiva but they take a while and my auctions continue to lose money while I wait?

It's not your fault all our windows are not working at the moment. I think they must be working on the site and I am sure it will be back on soon!

Good morning,

Please remember on Thursday evening Auctiva does maintenance.

When Auctiva does maintenance, the pics are still viewable in our auctions, but the scrolling windows are stopped so the server maintenance goes faster.

A note was posted on the boards last night that Auctiva would be doing their maintenance later so everyone could get all the .20 listings in that they could.

I see that Auctiva deleted my post about how lame they are in dependability.
