Me too! I have had an account for couple years my stuff is auto saved- haven't used in a couple months so wants to generate new token- which is fine- However keeps failing stating - different user same info - then when I tried to re register it say double account- never ever had a problem with this??? hmmmm

For further assistance with this matter, please contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspxJust be sure to provide the username of the eBay account you are trying to link to your Auctiva account so we can locate the existing Auctiva account that is already associated with your eBay account. -Mike
