I have imported a number of items from Ebay into Auctiva. I now want to be able to change the template to an Auctivia background so it looks more snazzy. Can i do this and if so how?? I have been trying to work it out for the last few hours but only seem to be able to edit new listings rather than imported ones?? Can anyone help me?

Hi,

You can Import closed listings from eBay on the Auctiva Closed listings page by selecting the listing and using the "Import Listings" button. The listing is stored for access on the Saved Listings page in the Imported Listings folder. Note, there can be a time delay between making the import request and the actual import of the listing. Also, the listing for import needs to still be accessible at eBay (usually last 90 days).

Once the listing is in the Saved listings library, you can individually apply a Template using the listing editor or you can do a bulk apply of a Template to a selected group using "Find & Replace".

Hope that helps.
