k, here it goes..

i used a token through my southerngrower auctiva account to my wifes ebay account. since we're starting to sell together through it.. i noticed that the store here had my sg acct. name, token worked fine.

so i canceled my sg auctiva account so the store would list her name instead of sg name. token isn't working now and found this in events:

An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?
i clicked on this to correct and it goes no where.

i checked her sub acct. at ebay and it doesn't list anything about auctiva.. the auctions that were shown are under her name..

how can i fix this??

So the token isn't working on which account, your wife's, right?
Did you have your 'southerngrowers' account closed?
Have you tried getting a new token?

right, token isn't working on wifes account.
i lcosed sg account with auctiva..

yes, just tryed to get new token and notta..

i went to ebay and found under pref. 3rd party autho. and deleted it, on her acct.. i then saw it was gone and tried another through auctiva, to ne avail..

i'm stumped..

You'd probably be able to resolve it fastest if you submit a support ticket, because I'm stumped too!
