I just posted my first listing. When going through the set up process I recorded my refund policy and saved it. When I previewed the policy doesn't show up. The payment policy was a simular set up, yet that showed up. What am I doing wrong that my refund policy won't show?

Yep, the refund policy doesn't show on Preview. There are some items that don't show, but don't panic. If you got them entered on the lister correct, they'll list and appear OK. I've always done returns on my listings and it works fine for me, and no they don't display on my Previews either.

Also, you've always got the fall-back of using eBay's Revise listing to fix most problems.
