Hi Danno, No, I am not trying to set up any other account. This is the one and only that I have ever used. I haven't used it for around 1 year though. Would that make any difference?
If you check your account settings, Site Preferences at eBay, do you show a valid 3rd party token for Auctiva? It's under the section "Third-party authorizations".

Since you are receiving that particular error message when you try to generate your token, it is indicative that your eBay account is already associated with an existing Auctiva account. If you contact our customer support team and let us know your eBay username, we'll be able to provide you with a solution to this problem.
