I have just created my 1st listing on auctiva and tried to post it. I got no error messages but it hasn't listed in ebay. Is there something specific that I need to do to allow my ebay account to be a selling account? I am using the UK Ebay site.

Hi - Yes, you do have to register as a seller on ebay. Setting up a seller's account is rather easy, the help section of ebay will have all the info on that.

The eBay.co.uk help page that covers what needs to be accomplished to become a seller can be reached via the following link: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/basics.html

Once you have upgraded your eBay account to a seller's account, you should be able to post these listings successfully through your Auctiva account.
