Having listed 25 items I'm selling on eBay via Auctiva, 5 new ones have been "refused" because of "API error". Not sure what this means as I've been verified for 4 years, but am a single operator - not a shop. Does this mean because I'm selling so many items they assume I'm a shop - and then refuse to list more items, when the reason is, I haven't had much time lately!

Hi Sue,

You need to file a Support Case with Auctiva and ask for clarification on the cause of the API.

If it's the same item with multiple listings and you are suddenly getting the error on the Xth listing, it may be a category/item that eBay now has restrictions/limits for number listed in a 7 day period. They are doing that alot with brand name items.
