I have several hundred listings stored in a spreadsheet but the thought of creating each listing individually for Auctiva keeps me using File Exchange. Is there any way to bulk uplod listings to Auctiva?? Thanks.
The free version of Auctiva does not offer the capability of uploading listings from a spreadsheet. However, we offer other listing software packages on the http://classic.auctiva.com website, that allow users to upload listings from a spreadsheet, provided they are in CSV format.
In late March or early April I think we'll have an inventory feature that will support CSV import. I'd avoid our classic software I'm afraid it's fairly dated and not nearly as good as our current site. Honestly I'd probably suggest you use an eBay product before using our classic feature if you need CSV import.
If you already sell on eBay you can contact support via our help page and they can import up to 90 days of your past listings and we create the saved listings files on our site from those. http://www.auctiva.com/help

No, we still do not support the ability to create auctions by importing them from a spread sheet in CSV format and, while we still may offer such functionality in the future, I'm hesitant to predict if/when we may add this option. We have, however, since added our "Reports" feature, which allows sellers to export their active listing, scheduled listing, closed listing, or transaction data into spread sheets for record keeping purposes.
